About Us
Anitha & Asoka LLC was established in late 2021 by founding partners N K Anitha and Asoka Markandu. Both Anitha and Asoka pursued their legal careers in the latter part of their lives after establishing their own families and working in the non-legal private sector. Both started their legal career at the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) in 2009 and 2011 respectively and pursued their passion in Criminal Law. Together they have 20+ years of legal experience.

Anitha
Anitha is an experienced litigation practitioner with in-depth experience in Civil, Commercial, Criminal and Family litigation & mediation. Anitha has worked with young persons and troubled families throughout her life, and she practices law with passion.
Asoka
Asoka spent 10 years in the Singapore Legal Service as a Deputy Public Prosecutor / Senior State Counsel. His experience in the private sector prior to taking up law, puts him in a unique position to blend his business experience and his legal knowledge.
Rajoo Ravindran
Rajoo Ravindran, a former Assistant Superintendent of Police, after four decades at law enforcement, transitioned to law upon earning LL.B. and Juris Doctor. His unique background as a law enforcement officer-turned-legal practitioner provides clients with a strategic advantage, particularly in criminal defence and family law matters.
